placing an order:
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars ($CAD).
Items placed in your shopping bag while you are shopping on ShopBentley.com will remain there until they are purchased, added to your wish list or removed. Since we cannot guarantee product availability until items are successfully-purchased, an item may become unavailable while it is in your shopping bag.
To change the quantity of a specific item, toggle the arrow in the quantity box and type or choose a new desired quantity.
remove an item from cart:
To remove an item from your cart, simply click the X button. If you would like to empty your cart, click “Empty Bag.”
add an item to your wish list:
If there are items you do not wish to purchase immediately, on the product page, simply click “Add to my wishlist.” You may receive a reminder about that product(s) later. You can modify your Wish List by creating an account on ShopBentley.com, which is free of charge.
entering a promo or coupon code:
If you have a promo or coupon code, enter the code at checkout and click “Apply.” If successful, your price will be automatically-adjusted.
If you would like to continue browsing products and adding items to your cart, simply click "Continue Shopping" or return to the main menu and browse as you wish
From your cart, enter an address to view shipping options, delivery estimates and applicable taxes.
When you are ready to purchase your item(s), simply enter your Full Shipping address in the required fields, choose your Shipping Method and Payment Method. You can enter a shipping address different from your billing address by unchecking the box “My billing and shipping address are the same.” When you are ready to checkout, click “Place Order.”
After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here, you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print or save the receipt for your records as you will need this information for all references or further inquiries related to your order. Note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Provincial and local sales tax laws determine the amount of tax that will be charged depending on the type of item and the destination. Taxes are calculated on the total selling price of each item. The tax rate charged will be the one of the province or territory where the order is shipped.
PayPal is an alternate method of payment that you can use to purchase items on shopbentley.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never shown to us. Plus, you are 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process and then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. When PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail in order to receive a credit on your PayPal account. When returning the merchandise to one of our Bentley stores, a gift card is issued.
