All luggage brands above are guaranteed 10 years to be free from all manufacturing defects (when used under normal conditions for which they are designed). The Bentley Group will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship. At our discretion, we will either replace or exchange the merchandise in accordance with the warranty terms stated herein. Exchanges are based on the availability of the same product. If the same product is no longer available, we will, at our discretion, either replace it with a similar item or provide coverage up to the initial purchase price.

Replacement luggage may not be of the same original character, colour, make, or size. Replacement decisions are at our discretion and Bentley reserves the right to decline a warranty claim.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any cosmetic damage or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to wear and tear, or transport damage (i.e., airline carriers). Alterations or maintenance carried out by non-approved Bentley service centres void this warranty. This warranty applies only to and extends the lifetime of the original purchaser, or gift recipient of the product. This warranty is limited to the replacement of a product and does not include any compensation for any loss arising.

“Cosmetic Damage” is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of luggage by any party, and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.

How do I benefit from the manufacturer warranty?

Visit your nearest Bentley store and make sure to bring your luggage, the original receipt, and the warranty tab of the luggage. A sales representative will then examine the luggage to determine if the damage or defect is covered by the warranty. If the luggage is under warranty and the defect is covered, we will replace it with new luggage of the same value you paid at the time of purchase.

Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards.
