Luggage damages caused by airline carriers are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. It is recommended that damages be reported to a carrier representative prior to leaving the airport. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand. Products under warranty must include their appropriate warranty information attached at the time of purchase. Please keep the information attached to the original sales receipt. (For online orders, keep and save email invoices and tags.)

Repair or exchange of the product will be done in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions offered by the brand or manufacturer.

Travelway warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a defect should occur, upon presentation of proof of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our option, your product free of charge.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons or airline mishandling. 

If an airline or any other carrier damages this product, it is the owner's responsibility to file a damage claim with that airline or carrier. 

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of this product.

The Holiday Group warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect occurs, return goods to point of purchase for warranty service (with proof of purchase).

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use or other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.

If a common carrier damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim to the transit company at the place of arrival.

Damage cause by carrier is the responsibility of the carrier and must be claimed with that company at the time damage occurs. By not following this procedure, you risk that the damage will not be covered under transportation company policy.

Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with this Samsonite product (the "Product") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Samsonite will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product for a period of ten years starting from the date this Product was purchased.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Samsonite requires that you use only an approved Samsonite service center ("Service Center") for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

Simple bag repairs – you can send or bring your bag to a local Authorized Repair Center. No repair number is needed. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to an authorized repair center. Badly damaged bags - we recommend sending them directly to Briggs & Riley at one of our Official Company Repair Centers. Our 'Simple as That®' guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life.

We design and build our products with integrity, fine materials and compulsive attention to detail and we do all of this to provide you with many years satisfaction. Landau offers a warranty that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Like any other product, our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse or airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim with the airline directly.

Also, as can be expected, component parts, particularly moving parts and wheels, will show wear with use over time and may need to be repaired or replaced. Normal wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. In the unlikely event that a defect in the material or workmanship occurs, we will repair your luggage or replace it. If it cannot be repaired, simply write, e-mail or fax us, attention Customer Service, explaining the defect and including dated proof of purchase.

Include your name, address and day time phone number. Do not send luggage directly to Landau Sacamoto. Upon receipt of your complete warranty repair information, we will send you a letter with a claim number. We will also refer you to the nearest local luggage repair location or, if necessary, inform you where and how to send the product for warranty evaluation.

Please be ready to provide a copy of your purchase receipt and the claim number to the repair facility. Landau Sacamoto reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims.

All Tracker branded luggage is guaranteed 10 years to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The Bentley Group will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or exchange the merchandise in accordance with the warranty terms stated herein. Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, we will replace it at our discretion with a similar item.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to wear and tear or transport damage (i.e. airline carriers). Alterations or maintenance carried out by non-approved Bentley service centers void this warranty. How do I benefit from the manufacturer warranty?

Visit your nearest Bentley store or Evex repair center and make sure to bring, your luggage, the original receipt and the warranty tab of the luggage. A sales representative will then examine the luggage to determine if the damage or defect is covered by the warranty. If the luggage is under warranty and the defect is covered we will send your luggage for repair to an Evex store. In the event that the luggage is deemed not repairable, we will replace it with a new luggage of the same value. Please note that some charges may apply in order to send the luggage to a repair center.

*** Stores are to apply the former Warranty Policy on manufacturer defect for purchases that were made from February 1st 2012, to April 29th 2013, as long as the customer submits the original proof of purchase.

*** Manufacturer defect is defined as a defect that occurs in the manufacturing process that covers poor quality materials and/or poor workmanship. Wear and tear, abusive usage or airline damage DO NOT constitute a defect.
