"Other reviews said it was a hybrid solid case with 1/2 being soft. It is a completely solid case with the small pockets in front being soft. There is no way to really expand it - Wish I knew because I was looking more for a 1/2 soft 1/2 hard case. But worked well for our 2 week Greece vacation which included flights, and 5 ferries like any newer style carryon would. Next time I would buy something I could see in person as now don't trust online descriptions anymore."

"Would never purchase another item from Bentley again, nor would I recommend anyone I know, to do the same. With items purchased online you can not return to the store, there’s no phone number to speak with anyone. There is only an email that is responded to after a couple of days, with a generic response. If you plan on returning you have to pay $20. 99 to do so"
