"Your company is totally amazing. Unbelievably good service, response times and you really do care about your customer. This is the second time we purchased Bentley luggage and again we are impressed by the high quality of the product. The first set was superb and it survived very our very 'rough' handling due to the nature of our trip. We still have the set but we bought another set as we wanted a smaller size for short distance air travel. Again, fantastic manufacturing and design and lightweight. . We had a small glitch with a zipper and your staff addressed this immediately and pleasantly and seamlessly. We actually think you went over and above to make sure all was good. We would highly recommend Bentley to anyone thinking of purchasing new luggage for any travelling needs."
