Bentley offers free shipping on orders of $69 and over, before taxes and after discounts. Orders under $69 have a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping, and rates are subject to change at any time.
Orders ship only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays) via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. Shipping estimates don't include processing time, which is 1–2 business days, and shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within Canada.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll get an order confirmation email once your order and payment are received: check your spam folder if you don't see it, and a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of pickup or delivery, either at any Bentley store or by shipping back to us. Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging, and returns are subject to validation and approval at Bentley's discretion.
Our services are currently only offered in Canada, so we can only complete returns for customers based in Canada and its territories.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, though coverage varies by brand; keep your receipt and any warranty information attached to your product. Damage caused by an airline carrier isn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty; report it to the airline before leaving the airport.
