FAQs
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll get an order confirmation email once your order and payment are received: check your spam folder if you don't see it, and a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of pickup or delivery, either at any Bentley store or by shipping back to us. Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging, and returns are subject to validation and approval at Bentley's discretion.
Our services are currently only offered in Canada, so we can only complete returns for customers based in Canada and its territories.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, though coverage varies by brand; keep your receipt and any warranty information attached to your product. Damage caused by an airline carrier isn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty; report it to the airline before leaving the airport.

Mauvais service client. Fausse représentation .
"La valise de couleur rouge n’était plus disponible. J’ai reçu une valise grise. Vous m’avez dit qu’il n’y avait plus de valise de couleur rouge dans vos inventaires. Déception!"
Very nice.
"Very nice."
Bad experience
"I ordered online medium size of this Air Canada bag. I had to return the bag as it was smaller than I had expected. The return was smooth but I was surprised to see that an amount of about $22 was deducted out of the refund. It is to be noted that there was no mention of this neither in the return policy, in the mail having return barcode nor was I told in telephonic conversation."
Thank you for helping me
"Thank you for helping me to complete my very light-weight Air Canada top-opening Panache luggage set, with my lastest purchase of this largest check-in bag."
