Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase pick up/delivery to any of our stores or ship back to our warehouse.

• All returned merchandise must be deemed sellable by Bentley's store associates and/or Bentley’s warehouse employees. All returns must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, with original tags attached and also be with the original packaging.

• Returned merchandise indicated above along with a gift receipt can be exchanged on a store gift card for the same monetary value

• Refunds with receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

• Refunds with no available receipt will be exchanged on a store gift card at the last ticketed price.

• Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns to stores for online orders are free. Returns made through our warehouse have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 that will be removed from the original purchase amount.

• Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, it can be exchanged at Bentley’s discretion for a similar item of the same purchase paid price. Please note that for online orders, exchanges through our warehouse are not supported at this time.

• Exchanges for a higher value item(s) are based on customers' agreement to pay the price difference.

• For security and fraud prevention, we require the completion of a refund slip with your name, address, phone number and signature. This information is collected, used, and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

*Note that our stores cannot credit your PayPal account.  We will refund you on a store gift card. Returns made through our warehouse will be credited directly towards a PayPal account.

Returning by mail:

  • Click here to get your return label. 
  • Enter your order number and contact information.
  • Print your return label.
  • Pack the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
  • Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
  • Simply bring it to your nearest Canada Post Office.
