My Order

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by selecting an item and placing it in your shopping bag. Once you are done shopping you can go to the checkout section where you will need to enter all your personal information. Once you have entered your shipping information you will be asked to enter your payment information and confirm the order. You will receive an email confirmation with all your order details at the email address you provided.

How can I track my order?

Your email order confirmation will have the carrier's tracking number. You can track your order directly from their website. You can also track your order by signing into your account.

Can I cancel/modify a submitted order?

All submitted orders cannot be cancelled or modified. You may return your order in store or by mail. Some restrictions apply to PayPal purchases. Note that our stores cannot credit your PayPal account.  We will refund you on a store gift card. Returns made through our warehouse will be issued a credit directly towards a PayPal account. Please visit our Return Policy section for more details.

I am missing an item I ordered, but it is still on my invoice

The item you ordered is out of stock. Please allow up to 10 business for a refund of the missing item.

Are the shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns, are non-refundable.



Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange/return merchandise in store?

Yes. Items ordered online can be returned or exchanged at any of our Bentley stores within 30 days of purchase. A printed version of the order confirmation email is required.

Can I exchange/return merchandise by mailing it?

Yes. You can return or exchange merchandise by sending it to our distribution center. Please include your packing slip in the package. Please refer to our Return Policy section for more details. 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When mailing back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days, upon receipt of your return.



Promotions & Coupons

Are the prices/promotions the same online and in-store?

We try our best to match online prices, in store. However, online prices, product selection, product availability and sales effective dates may differ from those in store. Online prices cannot be matched in store. The prices found in store may also be different than what is available online and also cannot be matched. 

How can I redeem a coupon code?

You can redeem a coupon code in the payment section of the checkout by entering your code in the "Promotion Code" box. If your coupon code qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promo code can be redeemed at a time. 

Can I use my SPC card online?

Yes. Please enter your SPC card number at check-out. Some restrictions may apply.

Is Bentley part of the Aeroplan program?

As of September 3rd 2016, Bentley is no longer part of the Aeroplan program.
